Our luxurious and calming spa packages are the perfect gift, whether a personal indulgence for yourself or an incredibly personal and thoughtful gift for someone special in your life.  Our packages are designed to help you escape from the everyday and help rediscover a beautifully pampered and relaxed you. 

We are confident at least one of our spa packages will be the perfect fit for any occasion or holiday!        (And, we’re perfectly fine with “just because” spa days, too!)

The Ultimate Grand Experience℠

The sky’s the limit! The Ultimate Grand Experience is just as grand as the name implies - four Grand Experience packages create four days of pleasure. Complete with a limousine to take you to and from the salon. Limousine service is offered within Franklin County and is included in first visit only.

Spa and Salon Considerations

The ultimate in relaxation awaits you. At The Charles Penzone Grand Salons, we are here to make your stay with us as pleasurable as possible. Please do not hesitate to speak with our staff regarding any questions or concerns you may have.

For your comfort:
  • All services include complimentary beverages.
  • We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications you are taking, as some services may be contra-indicated.
  • For our guests' consideration, we request that mobile phones and pagers be turned off.
  • Please be assured that your safety is our ultimate goal. All salons, spa materials, and equipment have been professionally sanitized for each individual guest.
  • As a precaution, please do not wax or shave your legs before receiving a pedicure, and avoid tanning prior to hair removal services.
  • For the comfort of our guests, smoking is not permitted.
  • We request that you leave all jewelry and other valuables at home as Charles Penzone, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. To protect your clothing, we also ask that you wear a robe or smock that we provide.
  • For your convenience during your spa service, we provide towels, robes, slippers, and lockers for personal items. You may also wear a bathing suit during most spa services. While we do provide spa sandals for our guests to wear, you are also welcome to bring your own.
Gratuities:
  • Tipping is always left to the discretion of our guests. Gift Cards for any dollar amount do not include gratuity.
Cancellations and Changes
  • Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum 24-hour notice, and a 48-hour notice for any package or multiple service change.
  • Please note the length of service sessions listed are approximations and may vary.
  • We unfortunately cannot guarantee physical service placement. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your request when you arrive for your appointment.
Sales Tax:
  • In accordance with Ohio law effective August 1, 2003, appropriate sales tax will be assessed on all spa services, in addition to the prices listed on charlespenzone.com.
