The Charles Penzone Family of Salons is looking for the best in the industry to join our team of licensed Hair Professionals. The Charles Penzone Family of Salons seeks only those team members who will grow and develop with our company, and will work hard to deliver the highest-quality services possible.
Our established training and associate programs are our foundation. To be considered, Hair Professional applicants must have successfully completed cosmetology school and received a professional license from the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology. After a two-interview process, candidates enter our Stylist Associate Training Program, at the Associate level. Charles Penzone Associates receive a combination of weekly hands-on and classroom training from our Director of Education and in-house trainers. The Associate Training Program includes training classes provided by regional and internal artists from our outstanding vendors such as Alterna, Brocato, Philip Pelusi, L'anza and Schwarzkopf. Charles Penzone Associates also receive daily training and experience assignments working hands-on with our Directors and Senior Directors.
Once the 12 month training program is completed, an associate becomes a Hair Professional at the Stylist level. Our professionals are provided opportunities for advancement with our four levels of Hair Professionals: Stylists, Designers, Directors and Senior Directors.
Qualified Applicants will have:
- A professional license from the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology
- Passion for the beauty industry
- A Full time flexible schedule which is required for the associate training program
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external guests
