The Charles Penzone Family of Salons is seeking Guest Service Representatives to join our team. In order for Charles Penzone, Inc. to exceed our guests’ expectations, we must provide friendly, attentive, caring service to both our guests and our fellow team members.
Our Guest Service Representatives work as Information Center receptionists, guest greeters, cashiers, package attendants and administrative personnel.
Qualified applicants will:
- Have superior guest service skills and Penzone Pride values
- Be self-motivated
- Be detail oriented
- Have excellent communication skills with both internal and external guests
- Be able to work at least 20 hours or more per week
- Possess a working knowledge of computers and intermediate computer skills
- Previous customer service experience, preferred
