Appointment FAQ's

Since our system is new, everyone (even us!) has to create a new online account. Simply use the email address you have with us on file and create a NEW password to log-in. Click HERE for step-by-step instructions.

One thing to note, please understand that your past and future appointment history will not be listed here at first. Once you’ve had a couple visits with us, you’ll start seeing information saved here. And, if you’d like information about your past or future visits with us, please reach out – we’d be happy to provide that for you.

We understand that the new platform is different from our old one and may take some getting used to. Thanks for being one of our GRAND guests and for bearing with us during this change – we really think you’re going to like it.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?
If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we require a minimum 24-hour notice, and a 48-hour notice for any package or multiple service change and/or cancellation. If you need to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment, please call 614.418.5350.

Giftcard FAQ's

Gift cards from the Charles Penzone Salons make the perfect gift for any occasion!

Gift cards are available in any increment.

Gift cards can be purchased in any salon location, over the phone, or online.

Orders up to $1,000 may be placed online in a single transaction.  Our Information Center (614.418.5350) will gladly process orders over that dollar amount.

An Electronic Gift Card is a gift card that is emailed to you or your recipient immediately after completion of the purchase. After receipt of the email, the recipient may print or save the PDF attachment, and redeem the gift card at any of the Charles Penzone Salon locations.

Charles Penzone Electronic Gift Cards are non-transferable. Recipients must provide photo identification that matches the name on the Electronic Gift Card.

A legible copy of the Electronic Gift Card and proper photo identification must be presented at time of payment.

Electronic Gift Card which are illegible, copied, or modified in any way will be considered null and void.

Charles Penzone, Inc. is not responsible for the proper functionality of PC or MAC hardware, software or e-mail. Technical problems with Electronic Gift Cards must be received by Charles Penzone, Inc. within three days of purchase.

Charles Penzone gift cards are redeemable for retail products and/or services up to the balance available. Your gift card must be presented at the time of payment. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or credit. Gift cards cannot be duplicated if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

Please note that gift cards cannot be used for gratuity.

Gift cards are valid anytime and do not have an expiration date.
